Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers to LayerMapper MApp get 30 days free (AI Shaders: 7 days). The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
How do I cancel?
Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (App Store) or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests go to them: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or the Google Play order history for Android.
Is the price the same on iOS and Android?
Yes. The reference prices are the same; each store shows the amount in your local currency, including local taxes.
Do I get LayerMapper Desktop with the Lifetime licence?
Yes – buy the Lifetime licence of MApp on iOS or Android and you get the LayerMapper Desktop PRO beta for free. Forward the official purchase receipt email from Apple or Google to layermapper [at] gmail [dot] com and we'll send you access when the beta is available. Details are in section 3.5 of the Terms of Use.
Is the Lifetime purchase really one-time?
Yes. Lifetime is a non-recurring purchase that unlocks LayerMapper MApp permanently on your store account.
Prices in USD; the App Store and Google Play show the price in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
